Cancellation

Guest can cancel the reservation free of charge 5 days or more before arrival. If canceled less than 5 days before arrival, guest will be charged 100% of the accommodation amount. If guest does not show up, he will be charged total accommodation amount.

Payments

After confirming the reservation, guest pays 30% of the reservation amount. Guest pays the rest of 70% of the reservation amount during stay

For your convenience and security, Villa Palloma utilizes the Rentlio booking engine to collect card information in a secure environment. Rest assured, your details are safeguarded. Upon reservation, guests are promptly charged 30% of the total booking amount through the Rentlio platform.

On last step of booking process you will be asked to provide card information for reservation confirmation.

Check-in: From 15:00 to 23:00

You need to let us know in advance what time you'll arrive.

Check-out: From 06:00 to 11:00

Children of any age are welcome.

Children 15 years and above will be charged as adults at this property.

Prices for cribs and extra beds aren't included in the total price. They'll have to be paid for separately during your stay. The number of extra beds and cribs allowed depends on the option you choose. All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
